1️⃣ Using Pulse: Event Tickets
Pulse: Event Tickets embeds a ticketing management interface directly in your Shopify admin. The home page gives you quick access to every feature you need to create events, manage tickets, and check in attendees.

Events
The core of Pulse. Each event contains one or more ticket types (General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, …), capacity limits, and sale windows.

Tickets
View all sold tickets across every event. Search by order number, attendee email, or QR code. Manually mark a ticket as used or void it from here.

Orders
Ticket orders synced from Shopify. Each order links to the attendee, the ticket type purchased, and the generated QR code.

Scanner App
Download links and connection instructions for the Pulse mobile check-in app (iOS & Android). The app validates tickets at the door in both online and offline modes.

Anti-Bot Protection
