Pulse event insights are now available directly in Shopify Sidekick.

We added a new fully customizable widget for your product page, so you can build an event layout that matches your store and your content.

This update gives you a confirmation step before applying event edits, replaces scattered notifications with a single grouped correction email per buyer, and adds a full activity timeline on every order so you can see exactly what happened.

This update makes event venue details easier to capture and clearer for ticket buyers.

Pulse is now multi-language ready. The admin and customer emails will follow the language you pick in Settings, with more translations rolling in over time.
