This update gives you a confirmation step before applying event edits, replaces scattered notifications with a single grouped correction email per buyer, and adds a full activity timeline on every order so you can see exactly what happened.

When you save an edit on a live event, Pulse now shows a confirmation modal that lists every change โ€” the old value struck through in red, the new value highlighted in green โ€” alongside dedicated icons for dates, location, ticket types, and toggles. Cosmetic changes still show up, but so do the customer-facing consequences.

The confirmation modal includes a "What will happen" panel that counts the buyers who will be emailed, the orders that will be auto-fulfilled, the sales jobs that will be rescheduled, and โ€” on Pro โ€” the Apple Wallet passes that will be updated. Nothing fires until you confirm.

If you change dates, location, timezone, the event title, or flip on named tickets, every impacted buyer now receives a single notification email summarizing all the changes at once, instead of one email per modified field. When named tickets are required, the same email includes the call to action asking buyers to provide attendee details.

The order detail page now has a new Activity card that records every step in the delivery โ€” order received, PDF generated, confirmation queued, email sent, regenerations, manual resends, event update notifications, attendee info requests, and Shopify fulfillments. Each entry shows a relative timestamp, an absolute time in the event's timezone, and a Merchant badge when you triggered the action yourself.

Pro merchants now see an explicit line in the confirmation modal whenever an edit will refresh Apple Wallet passes, so it's clear before saving that buyers' passes will receive the new event details automatically.

When PDF generation initially failed and you click Regenerate ticket, the confirmation email is now queued automatically โ€” no second click required. Manual resends still stay manual for orders that already received their email, so buyers are never spammed.

Confirmation email no longer stalls after a failed PDFDirect link to Confirmation email no longer stalls after a failed PDFโ€‹

Previously, fixing a PDF failure via Regenerate ticket left the delivery stuck at "PDF generated" with no email going out even though all conditions were met. Regenerating now picks up the sequence and delivers the ticket as expected.
